I know Christmas is long gone, but I wanted to post one memorable picture of Mr. Kitty and my Christmas tree, which is always set up across from my bed so I can see it when I wake up in the morning.
if i didn't know better i would say it looks snowy outside in Port Costa. it is never too late or too early for a beautiful Christmas tree. and i love the idea of it right where you can see it when you first open you eyes. i will have to make room in my bedroom next year for a 3rd tree in my house.
Hello Wendy, I just re-entered your world again, after not visiting for some time. Now that I see it again I have it bookmarked so I can come back. It transforms me to a place that makes me feel so at home. I also know about the Hayward moon, as I lived in Fremont for a few years. I only wish I knew of your place back then. It's everything I love. I'm a watercolorist, but can't get enough of playing with paper. Thanks for sharing it.
Seeing this picture makes me wish I was back in Crockett! I left nose prints and droll on your shop window many years ago when I first saw you on Martha Stewart (ok, maybe not that many!). My hubby and I now live in Tennessee but miss Crockett where we lived. Loved to take wonderful drives into Port Costa almost every weekend. LOVE your wonderful art
What a lovely view, Mr Kitty has the right idea. I do hate to take down the tree. Our cat is always in such disgust when ours goes down. Your workshop sounds like a lovely time! Have a wonderful new year. Sita
Hello Wendy, I wanted to reach out to thank you for your inspiration always and to tell you that I have been perusing the Country Living Women Entrepreneur's and was touched with your story and success! I am a new entrepreneur and your advice is valuable to me. Warm Regards, Anne Chapman queenannesplace.com queenannesplace@comcast.net
WEndy, I can't believe I am finally visiting you; you are an inspiration to me and have been for quite a while. Before I even knew about you however, I conceived the idea of a "theatre of dreams" in French. I built a theatre and I have written several stories inspired by it. Your work is exquisite and I thank you for dreaming big, audaciously and making all of our dreams come true!!! Anita
Thanks so much for sharing about Mr. Kitty. He is quite handsome. We share our bed with our sweetie girl too. We would be lost without her. You have inspired me to try a tree in our bedroom next year. Thank you, Jewell from Idaho
I had to pop in and say hello. I just discovered your beautiful line of gifts at Rodger's Gardens today and I am completely charmed with them. I purchased several of the "illusions grandeur" line that are timeless and enchanting. LoVe them !!!
